For those of you coming in from out of town many people are staying at the
Comfort Inn, 14 Hill St., Woburn, MA.

Courtyard Marriott, also in Woburn. We also have a page of alternate lodging recommendations.

Join us for An Evening in Vienna, and dance to the
strains of Strauss and other Viennese composers, and our own Nahant Quadrille, as we enjoy the evening sea breezes of Nahant.
Refreshments for the evening will include exquisite Viennese inspired pastries.
The trio of Bill Matthiessen, Liz Stell and Eric Buddington
also known as Spare Parts, will provide the music for the evening.
Mr. Ben Bishop will be the evening’s Prompter and will also be leading the afternoon dance workshop.
Spare Parts will return Sunday afternoon for a concert entitled Waltzing Through Time following the evolution of the waltz, including
the Nahant Waltz. The concert will be followed by formal
Afternoon Tea. The afternoon concludes with dancing to the music of Spare Parts

There are few watering-places
in the United States more widely known
than Nahant. Few strangers come to our metropolis, in the Summer season, without paying it a visit.
It is almost like going to sea to visit the extremity of the peninsula, which pushes its bold front
far out into the ocean, and breasts the Atlantic surges which dash continuously against its iron
base.

Costumes of the 1850s through 1890s encouraged at the ball but not required!
Summer whites of any era, and hats encouraged at the concert and tea.
